Citizen of the Moon

Beerboy 1 Callling Beerboy Mothership, Come In Mothership!!

Some of you have asked how I managed to vote in both France and Greece's presidential elections, as well as the presidential primaries here is the US. Well, it's because my official place of residence is on the Moon. Here's how it works...

You know those companies that sell the right to name a star after yourself? Well, they also sell land lots on the various planets, and the Moon. I thought, why not, and bought a parcel on the Moon. ..

Imagine my surprise when several weeks after the purchase I got a letter from the United Nations. One of the UN lawyers wrote to inform me that since I had bought land on the moon I had relinquished my USA citizenship. A UN treaty states no Earth country can own the Moon. And because of that if an Earthling buys land on the Moon they must relinquish the citizenship rights of their country back on Earth. However, since the entire planet Earth owns the Moon that means a Moon resident can vote on any election held on Earth!
